Job Overview
Life Healthcare is seeking a Business Manager to manage contracts and onsite clinics in the Northern Cape region, including surrounding areas. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in occupational health and employee wellness, ensuring service alignment with contract requirements, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring quality service aligned with SLA commitments.
- Project Management: Manage all project aspects, documentation, and customer queries for health solutions.
- Service Delivery: Ensure timely and high-quality service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue upselling and new business opportunities to support regional growth.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals, annual increases, and client retention strategies.
- Leadership: Lead, guide, and inspire teams to achieve Life Healthcare’s strategic objectives, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance: Ensure business governance, ethical practices, and adherence to risk management protocols.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Health preferred or a qualification in nursing/healthcare. Additional business qualification is advantageous.
- Certifications: Certificates in Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision, Multidrug Testing, HIV Counseling, and Dispensing; SASOHN registration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a health-related environment with management experience in Occupational Health, Emergency Care, or Wellness.
- Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience in administration, finance, operations, and human resources.
- Additional Requirements: Valid Code 08 driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle for travel, and willingness to occasionally undertake overnight trips.
