Job Overview

Life Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Regional Administrator to support the Inland South Region’s administrative operations. The role is based at the Meadowdale office in Germiston and involves a 40-hour work week. The successful candidate will assist in Human Resources and general administrative duties, ensuring effective and efficient support across various tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Support: Manage data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks that exceed expected standards. Handle locum personnel bookings and coordinate processes with locum agencies.
  • Payroll & Scheduling: Track payroll queries and manage Occupational Medical Practitioners’ schedules.
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain ISO/Quality Systems and ensure adherence to compliance standards, participating in audits with the Department of Labour.
  • Financial Administration: Process invoices, order office supplies, and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Human Resources: Support HR activities, including maintaining locum databases, assisting with training records, and handling Lexis Nexus applications.
  • Quality Management: Follow the QMS and SMS policies and actively participate in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification and audit programs.
  • Marketing & Representation: Represent Life Health Solutions professionally at events and conferences, maintaining a professional appearance.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Grade 12 (matric).
  • Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience: Strong background in administration.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, teamwork skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
