Job Overview
Life Peglerae Hospital is seeking four Enrolled Nurse Specialists to join their Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. Reporting to the Unit Manager, these roles are focused on delivering quality patient care in alignment with Life Healthcare standards and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Perform nursing duties in compliance with SANC regulations, relevant laws, and Life Healthcare’s policies.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold health, safety, and infection control standards to maintain a secure patient environment.
- Resource Management: Utilize resources efficiently and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and uphold documentation standards.
- Patient & Staff Education: Provide ongoing patient education and engage effectively with patients, doctors, and medical personnel.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Enrolled Nurse certification; registered with SANC.
- Experience: Relevant experience in an ICU or High-Care setting.
- Additional Skills: Ability to work shifts, excellent interpersonal skills, computer proficiency preferred, and familiarity with private healthcare practices is beneficial.
- Agency Competency: Proof of competency assessments is required if you have agency experience.
