Position Summary

As the ODIN Checkpoint Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ODIN Checkpoint Systems, ensuring they are operational and meeting our customers’ needs. This position requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively and troubleshoot issues with precision. You will play a critical role in the rollout and implementation of our systems, providing essential support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Implementation Support

  1. System Rollout and Management:
  • Support the rollout of the ODIN Checkpoint CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) by ensuring its effective implementation at customer sites.
  • Maintain the ODIN Checkpoint Systems in good working order to meet customer expectations.
  1. Customer Asset Management:
  • Create and manage customer asset master data to ensure accurate tracking and management of customer assets.
  1. User Management:
  • Oversee user access and management within the system to ensure that the right individuals have access to the necessary information.
  1. Scheduling and Monitoring:
  • Schedule maintenance activities and monitor customer maintenance tasks to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  1. Feedback Loop:
  • Relay customer feedback and concerns back to the development team to facilitate continuous improvement in our services and systems.
  1. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
  • Develop and maintain step-by-step SOPs for maintenance activities to standardize processes and enhance service delivery.

Technical Support

  1. Customer Query Management:
  • Monitor all customer query and feedback channels, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  1. System Testing:
  • Conduct thorough testing of the ODIN Checkpoint system and associated technologies to ensure they are functioning as intended.
  1. Liaison with Developers:
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring that solutions are implemented swiftly.
  1. Support Development Rollouts:
  • Assist in the rollout of new product features and updates, ensuring that customers are supported throughout the process.

Product Support

  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements for the Checkpoint Web Application, Mobile App, and Raven Sensor, contributing to the ongoing development of our offerings.
  1. Customer Training:
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of the ODIN Checkpoint system and associated technologies, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the tools available to them.

Basic Requirements

To be considered for the role of ODIN Checkpoint Support Coordinator, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education:
  • A minimum of Grade 12 is required, and recent graduates in engineering or user support IT will have a distinct advantage.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential. Knowledge of Afrikaans is a plus.
  • Driver’s License:
  • A valid Code 8 driver’s license is mandatory for this position.
