As a Junior Call Centre Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with consumers on behalf of our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that all project goals are achieved. You will play a key role in nurturing client relationships through timely follow-ups and effective communication via phone calls and emails. The role also involves managing inbound calls, providing assistance, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with reaching out to consumers, nurturing client relationships, and processing leads using the tools and systems we provide. You will work to ensure that project goals are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

- Outbound and Inbound Calls:
- Outbound Calling: As a Junior Call Centre Agent, your primary task will be making outbound calls to follow up on leads and nurture client relationships. You’ll engage with consumers in a professional manner and keep conversations aligned with the talking points provided. Your goal is to convert leads and meet agreed-upon project objectives.
- Inbound Call Handling: In addition to making outbound calls, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound calls directed to the call centre. Whether it’s answering inquiries or resolving concerns, you’ll be expected to provide a seamless and friendly customer experience.
- Email Correspondence:
- Along with outbound calls, email communication is a key part of the role. You’ll be responsible for sending follow-up emails and nurturing clients via written communication. You will manage designated inboxes and ensure timely responses to client inquiries and communications.
- Lead Management and Reporting:
- You’ll handle the recording, capturing, and reporting of new leads. As new leads come in, you’ll ensure that they are accurately logged in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Regular updates to the system are essential for tracking progress and ensuring that all potential clients are nurtured through the process.
- Nurturing Leads:
- Using a structured approach, you’ll follow the Lead Nurturing Method, which you will receive training on. You’ll ensure that all leads, whether new or existing, are nurtured in a way that meets the project’s specific objectives. This method will be key to maintaining high-quality customer interactions and achieving the desired conversion rates.
- Meeting Call Volumes and Conversion Goals:
- A significant part of your role will be meeting agreed-upon call volumes and delivering a 5% conversion ratio from leads processed. You’ll aim to not only meet but exceed performance targets while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in each interaction.
- Professional Communication and Etiquette:
- A world-class telephone manner and above-average proficiency in English are essential to this role. You’ll be representing our clients and the company, so it’s crucial that every call is handled with care, respect, and attentiveness.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Following up on all leads and nurturing them according to the project’s objectives and timeline.
- Handling both outbound and inbound call volumes while ensuring high standards of call quality.
- Managing emails, client inquiries, and communication through the designated inbox.
- Keeping accurate records and providing timely reports on lead management and client interaction.
- Maintaining a professional tone in all communications and ensuring conversations are focused and on point.
