• Trade Qualification:
• A trade-tested Tool Jig & Die Maker qualification is essential. This ensures that you have the necessary technical skills and knowledge to manage tooling effectively.
• Educational Background:
• A diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or Project Management is required. This educational foundation will help you understand the engineering principles necessary for this role.
• Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in the engineering and design field, is essential. You should have a solid understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of this sector.
