Role Overview:
As a Dealer Sales Engineer, your main role will be to promote, sell, and support HVAC products to various stakeholders including business-to-business (B2B) customers, consultants, architects, contractors, and other professionals in the HVAC industry. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the client base by building and fostering strong relationships with key industry players. This role will see you collaborating closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, as well as preparing customized quotations that align with the company’s product offerings and pricing structure.
Your primary responsibility will be driving sales and achieving targets, but you will also play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing them with the right HVAC solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Promotion: Promote and sell a range of HVAC products to a variety of clients in the B2B market, including consultants, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business. You will be expected to identify client needs and provide expert guidance to ensure their satisfaction.
- Market Expansion: Actively seek out new business opportunities to grow the client base. This may involve identifying emerging markets, tracking competitor activities, and proposing new product offerings to meet market demand.
- Quotation Preparation: Work with the internal teams to create tailored proposals and quotations that match the unique needs of each client. This includes pricing HVAC products competitively while ensuring alignment with the company’s standards and strategies.
- Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with internal departments, such as the engineering, finance, and supply chain teams, to ensure the smooth execution of orders and projects.

Job Requirements:
