Key Responsibilities:

In your role as a Stock Counter and Administrator, you will play a vital part in maintaining the flow of inventory within the warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Stock Management: You will be in charge of counting and verifying the stock that comes into and leaves the warehouse. This involves meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all items are accounted for correctly. Accurate stock management is essential in preventing shortages or excesses that could affect the business operations.

This is crucial for keeping track of stock levels, orders, and any discrepancies that may arise. Your ability to enter data accurately will help ensure smooth operations within the warehouse.
  3. Inventory Reporting: Regular reporting on stock levels will be part of your duties. You will generate reports that outline stock counts, trends, and any issues that need to be addressed. Clear communication with your supervisor regarding stock levels and inventory movements will help the team make informed decisions.
  4. Collaboration with Team Members: You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure that all processes run smoothly. This includes coordinating with colleagues on stock movements and assisting with any tasks as needed. Your teamwork skills will help foster a positive work environment.
  5. Adherence to Safety Standards: As part of the PPE and Chemicals equipment industry, safety is paramount. You will need to follow all safety protocols while handling stock to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
