Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 to 5 years in the truck sales industry is required. Familiarity with preferred brands such as UD, Fuso, Mercedes, FAW, and Isuzu will be advantageous.
  • Self-Motivation: You should be a self-driven, results-oriented individual capable of working independently and demonstrating initiative.
  • Customer Database: A well-established customer database is essential, allowing you to leverage existing relationships while also seeking new opportunities.
  • Sales Performance: A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets is a must.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively negotiating deals and presenting options to clients.
  • Driver’s License: A valid South African Driver’s License is required, along with a clear criminal record.
