Position Overview:

As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store’s success. Your primary goal will be to ensure that sales objectives are not only met but exceeded while maximizing income streams and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role is multifaceted, requiring a blend of operational management, inventory control, customer service excellence, and effective people management. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

  • Store Performance: Regularly assess the performance of the store through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Merchandising Standards: Implement and uphold merchandising standards to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner, encouraging customer engagement and sales.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Oversee the effective implementation of marketing strategies tailored to attract and retain customers. This includes local promotions, events, and digital marketing efforts that resonate with the community.

2. Inventory Management:

  • Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking. Regularly review stock levels and identify fast-moving and slow-moving items to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Product Selection: Work closely with suppliers to ensure that the store carries the right mix of products that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends. Your ability to anticipate market demands will significantly impact inventory success.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

  • Exceeding Expectations: Cultivate a customer-first culture within the store, ensuring that every staff member understands the importance of exceptional service. Aim to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.

What We Are Looking For:
