About the Role
As a Millwright, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various heavy industrial equipment and machinery. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: You will conduct regular maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, including conveyors, gearboxes, fans, compressors, blowers, drives, crushers, and rigging equipment. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and reliably.
- Supervisory Duties: With at least two years of supervisory or leadership experience, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians. This includes assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, and ensuring that all maintenance work is completed to the highest standards.
- Troubleshooting: You will utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions. Your ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions will be critical in minimizing downtime and maintaining production levels.
