Qualifications and Experience

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: Ideally, you should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in the life insurance or short-term insurance sectors, with a preference for candidates having a background in life insurance.
• Exams: A minimum of 6 completed actuarial exams is required, reflecting your dedication and commitment to your professional journey.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field is essential. An Honors degree would be an advantageous asset.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Prophet software is preferred. Experience in valuations or pricing will also be beneficial.
• Analytical Mindset: You should have a strong analytical aptitude, with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Your ability to dissect complex data sets will be vital.
