Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  2. Client Understanding:
    Develop a comprehensive understanding of IT companies, their unique cultures, industries, and work ethics. Knowing our clients inside and out will help you find the best talent that fits their needs.
  3. Technology-Driven Advertising:
    Create and post job advertisements on digital platforms, including specialized technology job boards and social media channels. Craft compelling ads that attract the right candidates.
  4. Digital Recruitment:
    Leverage social media and online platforms to source IT candidates and build professional relationships. Engaging with potential candidates online is a key part of modern recruitment.
  5. Talent Acquisition:
    Identify and approach top technology talent, especially those with specialized skills that are in high demand. Your ability to spot potential in candidates will be essential.
  6. Database Matching:
    Utilize candidate databases to find the best matches for IT roles. Being able to quickly and effectively search for suitable candidates will save time and ensure quality placements.
  7. Application Management:
    Review applications, conduct interviews, and create shortlists of candidates for technology positions. Your assessment skills will help ensure we recommend only the best to our clients.
  8. Candidate Evaluation:

Required Experience & Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Matric (Grade 12) is essential. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Marketing, IT, or a related field will give you an advantage.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a recruitment consultant, salesperson, or in a similar position. Experience in IT recruitment will be a plus.
