Key Responsibilities

- Address any discrepancies promptly, providing feedback to staff and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Use inspections as a tool for continuous improvement, striving for higher standards with each assessment.
- Laundry and Inventory Management:
- Oversee the management of laundry services, ensuring that linens, towels, and other items are clean, pressed, and available when needed.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping essentials, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Implement effective inventory tracking systems to manage supplies efficiently and minimize waste.
- Guest Relations:
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge to fulfill guest needs and enhance their overall experience.
- Gather feedback from guests regarding their experience, using it to improve housekeeping services.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including maintenance and food services, to ensure the lodge operates smoothly.
- Attend regular meetings with department heads to discuss improvements, address challenges, and enhance guest services.
Requirements
To be considered for the Housekeeping Executive position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
