Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Fitter, you will have a range of important responsibilities that are vital to the functioning of our manufacturing plant:
- Routine Maintenance: You will be responsible for performing daily planned and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery. This includes lubricating moving parts, checking for wear and tear, and replacing components as needed to prevent breakdowns.
- Communication and Coordination: Effective communication with supervisors and production teams is essential. You will arrange times for preventative maintenance to minimize disruptions to the production schedule. This requires good planning skills and the ability to work well with others.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and skills:

- Qualified Artisan: You must hold a qualified artisan certificate (N5) through a trade test. This certification indicates that you have received formal training and have demonstrated your skills in a professional setting.
