Position Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Campus Head is to oversee all campus operations. Key Responsibilities:

As a Campus Head, your day-to-day tasks will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

1. Leadership and Management:

• Overseeing Operations: You will lead and manage all operational aspects of the campus, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This includes managing faculty, staff, and resources effectively.
• Quality Assurance: It will be your responsibility to ensure that academic programs are delivered at the highest quality. You will work closely with faculty to monitor teaching standards and student performance.
• Sales and Marketing: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies will be a key part of your role. You will focus on both B2B (business-to-business) and government sales, aiming to attract new partnerships and students to the campus.

2. Sales Management:

Qualifications and Skills Required:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Educational Background: A minimum of a 3-year qualification in Business, Management, Sales, or Marketing is essential. This educational foundation will provide you with the skills needed to lead effectively.
• Sales Management Experience: Proven experience in sales management is required. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to drive sales and achieve targets in previous roles.
• Management Experience: A background in management is crucial. You should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in managing branch activities, preferably in a small to mid-sized company.

Additional Preferred Experience:

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of R480,000 annually.
