- Educational Background:
A professional qualification in Mining Engineering is required, either through a degree or a diploma. This educational background will provide you with the necessary technical knowledge to excel in this role. - Experience:
We require 2-3 years of experience as a member of an Executive Committee in a mining environment. This experience should encompass various aspects of mining operations, demonstrating your capability to lead and manage teams effectively. - Knowledge of Legislation and Best Practices:
A thorough understanding of mining legislation and good practices is essential. You should also be familiar with corporate governance principles to ensure compliance and ethical operations. - Diverse Mining Experience:
