Position Overview
As the Senior Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall operation of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities
- Management of Daily Operations:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including both front and back of house.

- Perform cash-up reconciliations at the end of shifts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock management to minimize waste and optimize profits.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that the restaurant meets financial targets.
- Staff Management and Training:
- Hire, train, and develop staff to provide exceptional service.
- Create a positive work environment that motivates employees and encourages teamwork.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff skills.
- Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
