Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will wear many hats, each crucial to the success of the restaurant. Your main duties will include:

Customer Relations:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant setting. Fast food experience will not be considered relevant.
Communication Skills: Excellent English proficiency is essential. You must be articulate and capable of effectively communicating with both staff and customers.
Management Skills: Strong abilities in staff management, including motivation, training, and performance evaluation. You should be a natural leader who inspires those around you.
