7. Opening and Closing Procedures:
- Ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash-ups at the end of each shift and ensure the restaurant is ready for the next day’s operations.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for the role of Store Manager, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience:
A minimum of five years of management experience in the fast food or quick-service restaurant industry is required. Experience with chain franchise systems will be highly regarded. - General Management Skills:
