Position Overview
We are seeking an Indian Chef with a strong background in preparing authentic Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of relevant chef experience, particularly in an a la carte restaurant setting. You should possess extensive knowledge of various Indian dishes and cooking techniques, allowing you to create delightful meals that meet our high standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that every dish served reflects the quality and authenticity we aim to provide. Key Responsibilities
As our Indian Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Stock Control:
