Position Information: Your Role as a Restaurant Manager
As the Front of House Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation from the moment guests walk through the door until they leave. Your main focus will be to ensure that every guest receives outstanding service, which is crucial for the success of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Floor Management:
You will take charge of the restaurant floor, making sure everything runs smoothly during busy service times. This includes managing staff schedules, assigning duties, and ensuring all team members are performing their roles efficiently. - Customer Relations:
