Are you passionate about wildlife conservation and marketing? Wild Dreams Hospitality is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Field Marketing & Client Engagement Lead to join our team. This role is essential for driving engagement and awareness of our electric vehicle initiatives among lodge owners and guides in the Greater Kruger area.

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

As the Field Marketing & Client Engagement Lead, your primary role will be to manage and coordinate various marketing activities that promote our electric vehicles. This includes:

Engagement with Stakeholders: You will need to interact comfortably with lodge owners and guides, making it essential for you to have some background in conservation or guiding. Your knowledge in this field will help build credibility and foster relationships.
Logistics Management: You will organize and manage all logistics required to showcase our vehicles effectively. This involves setting up branded gazebos in high-traffic parking areas, complete with mobile billboards, to attract attention and engage potential customers.
Conducting Test Drives: You will oversee test drive events, where you will welcome interested parties, guide them through the features of our electric vehicles, and share insightful information to enhance their experience.
Geographical Expansion: Prepare for large-scale movements to new locations, replicating the setup and execution of successful events in different areas.
Advertising Coordination: Work closely with local magazines to coordinate advertising campaigns that align with our outreach goals.
Outbound Marketing: You will manage outbound email and telephone marketing campaigns targeting potential customers. Your ability to connect with clients will play a significant role in increasing interest in our offerings.
Customer Response Management: You will be responsible for responding promptly to email inquiries from potential customers, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

Experience in Hospitality or Conservation: A background in working with lodges or in conservation will be a significant advantage. Ideally, you should have experience working at multiple lodges, which will enrich your understanding of the industry.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: You must be a friendly, outgoing individual who can effectively communicate and build relationships with various stakeholders. Your people skills will be vital for creating a welcoming environment during test drives and events.
Residing in the Lowveld: Being based in the Lowveld is preferred, as face-to-face interactions with potential clients will enhance relationship-building efforts and your involvement in test drive locations.
Organizational Skills: You should be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves coordinating various logistics and marketing efforts simultaneously.
Adaptability: This position requires a flexible mindset, as you will need to adjust to new challenges and geographical changes quickly.

Contract Details:

Contract Duration: This is initially a four-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
Salary: The salary for this role is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Marketing Support: We will provide designed marketing materials, so while you don’t need to be a marketing expert, having a good understanding of marketing principles will be beneficial.
