Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and Grow Customer Base:
    As a Bulk Sales Consultant, one of your core responsibilities is to maintain strong relationships with our existing customers. You’ll be expected to not only maintain these relationships but also actively work to grow the customer base by identifying and approaching new clients. Expanding the customer base monthly is a key part of the role, so you’ll need to develop and implement strategies to reach new markets or areas that may be untapped.
  2. Achieve Sales and Listing Targets:
    Each month, you’ll have specific targets to meet in terms of sales and listings. It’s your responsibility to reach, and ideally exceed, these goals. This means consistently working on converting potential leads into sales and ensuring that our products are listed with key customers and businesses.
  3. Identify New Opportunities for Growth:
    To continue expanding, you’ll be tasked with identifying new markets and areas for growth. This could involve researching various industries, regions, or customer groups that could benefit from the products we offer. It’s not just about following leads – you’ll need to think creatively about where opportunities might lie and how to approach new customers.
  4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    You’ll also need to stay informed about what’s happening in the market. This includes keeping track of competitor activities, understanding market pricing, and analyzing competitor pricing strategies. This knowledge will enable you to position our products effectively and stay one step ahead of the competition.
  5. Educate and Inform Customers:
    As a consultant, it’s not just about selling a product – it’s about helping customers make informed decisions. You’ll need to ensure that your customers fully understand the value of the products they’re buying and how these products can meet their needs. This means you’ll need to stay on top of product knowledge and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  6. Professionalism and Product Knowledge:
    To succeed in this role, you must be professional in all your dealings with customers. You’ll need to continuously improve your understanding of the products you’re selling so that you can answer any questions that customers may have.   7. Closing Sales:

  9. Develop Customer Loyalty:

  10. Weekly Load Projection and Administrative Support:

Organizational skills will be important here, as you’ll need to manage multiple tasks effectively.
